Genesis
FM stands for a fresher new approach to facilities maintenance and
make a point of being big enough to be able to handle all types
of contracts, but small enough to put the customer first and offer
a personal, tailored service. As an example, we once arranged to
fly in emergency back-up power supplies for a major telecom company
by helicopter!

be there quickly.
We
try to offer constructive solutions to emergency call-outs and maintenance
response times by strategically locating relevant engineers. We
guarantee 24-hour call-out with a response time of 2 hours.

Genesis
FM has rigorous procedures when it comes to documentation of contracts.
There is never any question of what has been done or when. We carry
out plant condition reports, asset register and life cycle documentation
for budgeting purposes and capital expense over a set period of time.
We provide fully documented planned maintenance and risk assessment to our specifications and clients requirements.
