Fully
manned sites
Our customers have the option of choosing to have any number and
types of permanently allocated Genesis FM engineers on their site.
Mobile
sites
Mobile engineers carry out regular planned maintenance visits and emergency
call-outs. Genesis FM guarantee a 24 hr call out service with a typical response time of 2 hours! We know how important this can be and pride ourselves in never letting our customers down. |

BMS - Building Management Systems
Genesis FM can set up fully computerised building control systems and building automation to allow for remote building control. Everything from fire alarms to building lighting can be easily monitored and controlled through a PC.

A/C - Air Conditioning
Genesis employ fully trained air conditioning engineers to carry out service and maintenance.
Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, heat pumps and split system cooling.
Our engineers are trained on Daiken, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Trane chillers, M'Quay chiller carriers and various other manufacturers equipment.
We carry out full CFC recovery and our engineers are CITB trained in CFC recovery.

Heating and Mechanical Services
We carry out boiler and pump installations, cold water booster pump systems, pressurisation systems, fancoil unit installation, all gas pipe services, heating and chilled water pipe work services.
All work is carried out by our own fully qualified engineers.

Fire alarms
We manage fire alarm and fire protection systems including sprinklers and fire extinguishers through specialist contractors that we have worked with for years.

Generators
We have years of experience with power generators, UPS systems and AC-DC power supplies used by the IT and telecom business for server rooms and data sync. Genesis FM manage these services which are carried out by our specialist contractors.

Electrical works and installation
We carry out electrical installation, emergency lighting annual shutdowns, PAT testing, 5 yearly electrical tests and general maintenance. Genesis FM have our own 16th edition electrical engineers.

Water hygiene and air monitory
Our water services are tank replacements and tank cleaning, annual chlorinating, legionella testing, cooling towers, water hygiene risk assessments, low pressure hot water (LPHW), and chilled water. We also do air monitoring and air quality checks. These services are carried out by specialists supervised by us.

Lightning protection
We manage installation, maintenance and testing of lightning protection units through contractors well known by us.

Drainage
Maintenance contracts for drainage and toilets with 6 monthly jetting and emergency unblocking call outs, tailoring the service to your business needs.
